Laminated Magnet Assembly are made by cutting the whole magnet into many small magnets and then gluing them together. When the permanent magnet motor is running, it will produce harmonic and the magnet generate skin effect. These cause the eddy current loss, and then the temperature of the magnets rise up, which result in the irreversible demagnetization and the influence on safety and stability motor.The laminated magnets are proven to reduce eddy current loss in high-efficiency motors. Less eddy current lose means less heat and less waste. It improves the motor performance.
It is now widely used in the drive motors of new energy vehicles, which greatly improves the endurance and longevity of new energy vehicles.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT
The thickness of insulating layers is within 0.04mm.
The bond strength of insulating layers can reach more than 50MPa.
The whole geometric tolerance is within 0.05mm.
These small magnets are insulated from each other.
The maximum working temperature can reach 200℃.
